Buffalo River Apartments, is a 2 story, 16 apartment complex, located across the street from the Old First Ward Community Center. This apartment complex offers One-bedroom apartments, with four apartments set aside for frail/elderly tenants. Each apartment has carpet and linoleum flooring, as well as an electric range and refrigerator. 

Our laundry room has Pre-paid card-operated washers and dryers. 

Other amenities include a community room with Wi-Fi and a 24-hour on-call emergency service are available. 

Electric and gas is paid for by tenant. Water and sewer paid by owner. Apartments are pre-wired for cable and internet, paid by tenant.

Parking lot has 1 space per tenant, no assigned spots. 

Smoke and heat detectors in each unit.

1 small pet allowed. 

Eligibility  

• The head of household must be 62 years of age or older.

•  You must meet annual income limits.

• The household may consist of one or two tenants. 

• Rent is based on income. 

• Security Deposit is Required

• One year lease
